About the program
A whole year of building foundations
Ghars is more than religion lessons — it's a complete journey in which your child builds a solid foundation of faith, step by step.
We start with what is closest to their heart and natural disposition (fitrah), gradually planting sound values and good character in a way that suits their age and makes them love their faith, then move on to memorizing hadiths of the Prophet ﷺ and understanding some surahs of the Quran.
Sessions are held live online by specialized teacher-educators, and every session is recorded so your child never misses anything, however busy you are!

Curriculum

A carefully planned, step-by-step curriculum that takes your child from the basics to mastery.

- Correct belief in a simple, lovable way
- Islamic character and how to live it every day

- Simplified fiqh
- Islamic manners and how to apply them in everyday dealings and in worship

- Simple Quran tafsir, with the etiquette of the Quran
- The Prophet's biography (seerah), told as interactive stories
- Hadith: memorizing and understanding forty hadiths in a fun way

Is there a weekend group?
Yes. The weekend group meets Saturday and Sunday at 7 PM Saudi time; you'll find it in your own local time in the groups section.
What time are classes in Canada, the US and Europe?
The Americas group meets Tuesday and Wednesday at 6 PM US & Canada Eastern time (7 PM once daylight saving time starts), and the Europe group Tuesday and Wednesday at 5 PM Central European time (6 PM in summer time). There's also a weekend group. The groups section shows every time in your own local time.
Can my child join after the program has started?
Usually not, but exceptions are sometimes made. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what works for your child.
What if my child misses a session?
You receive the recorded session, along with the activity booklet and the support group.
How much does Ghars cost?
